It's October and pumpkin season! I have a New Pumpkin Spice Facial and Organic Pumpkin Peel on special for this month. I am also introducing a new pumpkin glycolic 3% peel you can use at home in between facials to level up your results in the treatment room.

Why pumpkin and what are the benefits? 🎃

Pumpkin is an enzyme packed with antioxidants that stimulates cell renewal, helps to lift discoloration, and diminishes the appearance of large pores.

What is added with the pumpkin to make it more effective?

The stimulating glycolic action of Bilberry + Clove are added to accelerate cell turnover to promote a more youthful appearance. The enzymatic process of these ingredients working together help to smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles, brightens skin tone and reveals smoother, younger, more radiant skin.

What skin type would benefit from a pumpkin facial or peel?

It is great for dry, normal, oily or combination skin types. It can be a little bit spicy so I do not recommend it for sensitive skin types. Pumpkin is great for brightening the skin, to help smooth out textured skin, reduce the appearance of large pores and to soften the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Can I use a pumpkin peel at home?

Yes!! I have a 3% pumpkin peel to use at home in between facials for a more effective result in the treatment room.

I intuitively select an affirmation card for you before every appointment. This is my way of giving you some positivity that will continue beyond your facial or energy healing service.

A lot of you are collecting the cards that you receive so I thought I would share the deck that I am using starting today.

I chose this one because it has positive and uplifting messages and the artwork is so beautiful. Just looking at them bring me joy and make me smile. I wanted to share that feeling with you!

There is another deck I use for some of my energy healing sessions because it has action steps with it. I will share that one with you another day 😉

Wow, can you believe it's September already? 🤩 The year has just flown by so quickly. This is the time of year kids go back to school and the seasons begin to change.

September is a special month for me because its my birthday month. In my family growing up, and as I raised my children, birthdays were always a big deal in our home. It was a time of celebration, joy and fun.
