This helps to align and balance your chakras. Here are the crystals and chakra meanings:
Amethyst (Crown)
Located at the top of your head, the Crown Chakra which is violet or white in color, is responsible for Enlightenment, Consciousness, Awareness, or Spiritual Connection.
Sodalite (Third Eye)
Located between the eyes just above the nose, the Third Eye Chakra which is indigo in color, is responsible for spiritual communication, insight, Intuition, awareness, and perception.
Blue Lace Agate (Throat)
Located at your throat area, the Throat Chakra which is blue in color, is responsible for communication, finding one’s voice, self-expression, speaking the truth, listening, and resonating.
Green Aventurine (Heart)
Located at the heart center, the Heart Chakra which is green in color, is responsible for unconditional love, caring, empathy, forgiveness, connection, respect and compassion,
Yellow Aventurine (Solarplexius)
Located at the stomach area, the Solar Plexus which is yellow in color, is responsible for your foundation, power, self confidence, self esteem, motivation, self discipline and will-power.

Located at the area of the tailbone, the Root Chakra which is red in color, is responsible for stability, sense of security, safety and support. It is your survival center.
