No-Show and Cancellation Policy
To better accommodate all of our clients, we now have a new no-show and cancellation policy. This has become very important to us now that we have an extensive waiting list. To make sure everyone can get in for their appointments, we have implemented this new policy:
We now require a credit card on file to book your appointment. It will not be charged unless you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
If you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).
Your health and wellness are very important to us. If you are sick or have an emergency the day of your appointment, please call or text at 909-703-3550 to reschedule your appointment and we will waive the no-show / cancellation fee.
